Very very very very very tired
It’s been a loooong weekend
Lots of fundraising events
Lots of symptoms
Lots of messages
= I am absolutely shattered! But obviously soooo very grateful because it has been such a successful weekend of events!!
On Friday I went to an event in ISS Hawkings Bar in RAF Valley by the lovely Sharon Sanderson where they had live music all night – and I sang one song due to nagging mother and Jon Chapman – and Jim Royle lookalike Will came in and did the auction which was hilarious! And thank God our Cyprus holiday has GONE! No more worries about that anymore now because I can’t go due to my illness. Spain next year when I’m better sounds like a mega plan! This night raised over £2,000!!
On Saturday there were two events, one music night in Menai Bridge by Welsh Celtify and the other in Harbour Cemaes by Ryan Kehoe who organised a 70s 80s themed night! My mum went to the themed night and I went to the music one, I would have loved to have gone to both but I was absolutely shattered by this point so unfortunately only stayed around an hour but it was lovely. Thank you both. The total’s haven’t been confirmed yet!
Then on Sunday Rhian had organised an open mic day in the Holland hotel in my hometown village followed by a treasure hunt! I wasn’t feeling well enough at all yesterday though so didn’t even manage to get there I love treasure hunts too!! Mega childhood memory!! Thanks so much all of you for a hectic weekend of fundraising, you are all bloody amazing and I’m really sorry if I couldn’t make it but some days are just too hard.
So I slept most of the day away from 2-8 yesterday and then slept all night too from 11pm haha!
I really don’t know how I do it. Joys of a brain tumour!
